Who I am

I’m Chris. I live in Johannesburg, South Africa.

I caught Covid in early March 2022 and was diagnosed with Long Covid on 29 July 2022.

I am not a doctor and I am not a scientist. I am a fellow Long Covid Club member who is trying to make sense of this mess.

Where the information comes from

My own experience. From April to December 2023 I took part in a microclotting study and triple therapy trial run by Prof. Resia Pretorius and Dr. Jaco Laubscher. The blood slides on this site are my own.
Self experimentation. I write about what I have tried and what it did for me.
Published research and news. Where I refer to a study or an article, I link to it.
